New APIS Requirements for Belize

CARICOM APIS Now Required for Belize
|
| |
|
International flights arriving and departing from Belize now require APIS for all commercial and private aircraft. CARICOM APIS serves the Caribbean countries, and manifests must be filed at least 60 minutes before each flight entering and departing Belize or when flying to another CARICOM country.
CARICOM APIS is required for flights to, from and between the following participating member states:
• Antigua and Barbuda
• Barbados
• Belize
• Cayman Islands
• Dominica
• Grenada
• Guyana
• Haiti
• Jamaica
• St. Lucia
• St. Kitts and Nevis
• St. Vincent and the Grenadines
• Trinidad and Tobago

Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Pricing and Carbon Offset Available on FltPlan.com

With the rise of environmentally sustainable fuel options, SAF availability and usage are increasing. We have added the option to include SAF pricing, where available, alongside the Jet A and 100LL prices shown for our FBOs and maintenance locations. In addition, any advertising FBO participating in the carbon offset program can display the “carbon offsets” icon on the FltPlan.com airport information pages and the FltPlan Go app.

Garmin Supports Special Olympics Airlift
|
| |
|
Garmin is pleased to have joined Textron Aviation and other industry partners in the Special Olympics Airlift 2022. Pilots flying more than 120 aircraft from all over the country, as well as the Caribbean and Puerto Rico, donated their time to transport athletes and their coaches to the Special Olympics USA Games in Orlando, Florida. FltPlan.com also filed close to 200 flight plans to support this worthwhile event. Thank you to all the pilots who participated in the airlift.
