To avoid rejected flight plans or filing delays, FltPlan.com recommends you enter your aircraft ICAO address, also known as Mode S Hex code, on your aircraft profile. Your aircraft ICAO address may be found on the FAA Aircraft N-Number Inquiry website under Mode S Code (Base 16/Hex).

Add this code to your FltPlan.com aircraft profile under Settings > A/C ICAO Data > Aircraft Equipment & Capabilities. For further assistance, contact our support team at fltplan.support@garmin.com.

We’re excited to announce that we have integrated the Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) reports into FltPlan SMS. ASAP encourages voluntary self-reporting of safety occurrences and situations to the FAA certificate holder. The reports are analyzed to reduce hazards, and reporting is encouraged by providing the volunteer reporter protection from certificate action. ASAP forms a safety team between the FAA, the certificate holder and the employee. Safety improvement occurs without discipline, which encourages further and continued hazard reporting.
