If you fly with the same passengers on routine trips, archive their information to make new manifests a breeze. Under eAPIS, go to Delete/Deactivate Passengers. Archive passengers for later retrieval to eliminate the need to scroll through long lists when creating new manifests. To make them active again, deselect the Make Inactive check box and update the list.

Another time-saving feature is the ability to pull in passengers when creating a manifest based on their stored addresses. Select a specific stored address from the drop-down menu, and every passenger with that address will populate into the manifest automatically.

Whether you’re planning a quick trip to drop off passengers and then refuel, or you need catering or other services, letting the FBO know in advance assures that they will be prepared for your arrival through our FBO notifications.

Sending an FBO briefing is simple. Set up your default information by signing in and selecting Flight Planning on the Main Menu, then FBO Notification > Set Default Information for FBO Notification. Once default information is saved, you will return to the FBO notification page, where you can select the flight for which you’d like to send the notification. Click Create/Modify Notification, select the FBO, check the services requested, enter any special requests or other pertinent information, then choose when you’d like to have the notification sent.
