	US Customs & Border Protection requires all general aviation pilots departing from or arriving in the United States to provide pilot information, aircraft information, and passenger manifest to the government at least 60 minutes prior to departure. The Mexican National Immigration Institute (INM) now requires all pilots to submit Advanced Passenger Information (APIS) to the Mexican government before every flight entering or exiting Mexico. Failure to comply with these regulations could result in fines of up to $5,000 (US) per day. Pilots are required to call within 30 minutes of departure and after the cabin door is closed. CARICOM stands for Caribbean Community. CARICOM was originally established in 2007 and is being strictly enforced at present, however, not all of the 15 CARICOM member countries take part in electronic APIS. CARICOM is required for all international flights to/from countries and between CARICOM countries. Our system meets Mexican entry/exit requirements and uses an electronic data interchange system approved by Mexican INM. In addition to all of the US eAPIS Service features, above, our Mexican Manifest service offers a dedicated, 24 hour FltPlan phone line. Just call and we will submit your manifest. CARICOM • Caribbean APIS Service FltPlan's CARICOM system meets Caribbean entry/exit requirements and uses an approved electronic data interchange system. If you are flying to or from the U.S. and arriving to or departing from an airport or country that requires CARICOM, your U.S. eAPIS manifest will be automatically submitted to fulfill the CARICOM requirements. This service includes unlimited manifests with no additional fees. For intra-Caribbean flights or flights arriving outside of the U.S. from a CARICOM airport or country, you will be prompted to file a manifest when you create your flight plan.
